I have JUST launched my LOW-COST monthly plan program. The great thing about this is that it’s very easy and I (a REAL PERSON) will review your food daily and provide feedback to help you meet your health goals. You simply provide some basic background information regarding your goals and history, and then you start entering your food, mood, and more into electronic journals in the app. I review it and provide feedback and information based on your entries! It’s that simple. You begin to implement the suggestions and start to feel better!
Some great features are the app has text/chat features where I am there for you (no bots just me!). You get access to a HUGE library of nutrition information, recipes, meal-planning tools, and MORE! I may also provide supplement recommendations based on what I see in your journals. It’s simple – you get a link to make a password and the recommendation is there for you to get started. In addition, if something needs greater attention (maybe even something you never realized needed attention) I will let you know and there are a number of add-on services to help you meet your nutrition/health goals. How does it work?
You sign up and make your first payment. You get a confirmation and some intake forms, and then access to the electronic journal system. Within 24 hours you also receive access to the library of materials. You start entering your food, water, bowel movements, moods, and more into your food journal. I review your entries and provide feedback inside the journal for foods that might change or habits that might need adjusting to start to benefit YOUR body and YOUR condition. You may also get recommendations for supplements.
What are the enrollment options?
Monthly, bi-monthly, tri-monthly, or annually! There are no refunds, so whatever timeframe you pay for is how long you have access to the services. You can always choose to cancel, and you will not be billed again, but still receive access until the end of the billing cycle. Learn more here about what you get!

What’s the difference between this and a package?
My packages include a VERY THOROUGH symptom intake, medical history, extensive food journaling, and looking at recent blood results, as well as extensive nutrient monitoring and ingredient monitoring specific to your condition and intake. In addition, testing may be part of the intake or package. With this monthly service, you do get a review of your history and regular food changes, but this is focused on your daily eating habits to improve your health. There may be instances when I review your food journals and see a high need for more intense work. If that happens I would reach out to you in the portal chat to see if that is something you would like to do or not.

Monthly cost: 30.00 (auto-renew – cancel anytime).
Two-month cost: 50.00 (auto-renew – cancel anytime).
Three-month cost: 75.00 (auto-renew- cancel anytime).
** Sign up for annual coverage and save 60.00! – 300.00 one-time annual fee (will auto-renew if not canceled).
Note: If a package is chosen for follow-ups or a complete workup after an annual membership is paid, whatever is left on the annual membership will count toward the package as a reduction (at a monthly fee of 25.00). This only applies to annual memberships that choose to enter into a full-service package.
