WHAT THIS COURSE IS NOT:
- A weight loss program (this program is a way to start a real food lifestyle that is how you will permanently live and continue to follow in life). Although you may experience some weight loss as a great side effect.
- A quick fix. This is a real food change for your lifestyle. It takes time for your body to adjust, lower inflammation, get better digestion, balance blood sugar etc. You will see significant changes in the 21 days, but it’s something that you continue with in life. No pills, no gimmicks – just real food.

What is the format of a this class?
You will receive a daily email to your inbox with your content to learn. There is also an optional weekly 30 minute LIVE Zoom call you can attend (announced via email during class emails), and there is an ongoing Facebook support group.
How much time a week do I need to set aside?
Set aside 30 minutes to focus on the daily content, and another 30 minutes to focus on prepping, and planing for your food changes. When you hit meal planning stage, you will learn how long it takes for you to prep ahead, but on average plan 60 minutes one day per week to make a meal plan, food prep, and then any additional time for grocery shopping.
What if I have specific health issues, will those be addressed in the program?
The class is designed to teach foundational information pertaining to digestion, blood sugar regulation, and the importance of choosing healthy forms of dietary fat for overall health. We will also focus on meal prep, planning and cooking. Beginning with these foundations goes a long way toward supporting any healing journey. As an NTP, I am well versed in helping individuals with more specific health challenges, but that level of support is best suited for individual consultation. I am a vegetarian, will this apply to me?
YES! This course teaches you about foundations that help support major body systems, and whole foods. In complete transparency there will be recommendations for meat and animal products, and their relationship to health, but you can still learn about the body foundations, food that impacts those and meal prep and cooking, and take it to the level you feel is best for you.
