It is time to learn what YOUR CHILD needs in order to live a healthy fulfilling life, without annoying, debilitating health symptoms.
If you have seen a lot of doctors for your child, and you have had a lot of tests for them, they still have pain, still have terrible digestion, they have unknown health issues, asthma and more, and you just don’t know where to turn or what to do – let me help!
I have been there. My son has a rare condition that developed at 8 months old and was un-diagnosed until 18 months old. There are limited methods for control, but at home with nutritional therapy and supplementation, we have maintained control and even stopped his episodes.
My family nutrition service is designed at different levels. If you are looking for specific packages for PFAPA/PFS please look here, if you are looking for all other child nutrition service packages please click here.
Your FREE STRATEGY call will help determine your child’s needs, and where you all feel most comfortable starting!
What do you do in functional nutrition?
In today’s busy world, with so much food, so little time, and so many medications, and illnesses, it often feels difficult to figure out what is truly happening in our own, or child’s bodies.
In functional nutritional therapy, you will learn about what basic fundamental imbalances YOUR CHILD has. It’s all about THEIR bio-individuality – that means it’s just about what THEIR body needs to feel their best and function at their optimal level every day.
We explore nutrition, digestion, sugar handling, balancing minerals and vitamins, stress, food allergies, hydration, and more. We look at the root causes and address those versus just symptom management.
We use nutrition plans, supplements, as well as a behavior and lifestyle change plan that helps you reprogram and re-pattern your family’s nutrition in a way that works JUST FOR THEM and YOU!
This is different from a traditional medical model! You get to be an active, open-minded participant in the process. This helps with the resolution of issues and the ability of you to stay with your new patterns and lifestyle!
Comprehensive Health History – we talk together to identify your family’s major stressors, what is the biggest health concern, and what is a simple way for your family to get started with a change you want to make to get your child feeling good again. This process helps me understand your history (family and personally), as well as exposures, illnesses and more that help me determine what path to lead your child on for a healthier family.
Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) – This comprehensive symptom survey helps me see where your child is today in their health, and what paths need more exploration as we work together on a plan that you choose that works for your family.
Food & Mood Journal -this is a journal of what your child eats and how it makes them feel over the course of a few days. This helps me determine ways to help your family optimize nutrition to combat some of the symptoms your child is having.
What Happens Next?
You will get a protocol based on your goals, your family stress, and lifestyle, and the recommendations from the assessments that would optimize your family health and wellness. This will be based on what you are ready to conquer at this point, and what you feel is the most significant thing that needs changing to start your child feeling better right away.
