A Challenge Group is a private group that provides support and accountability for your health and fitness goals. It is led by a coach but the real value comes in the community with others who have also committed to a Beachbody workout program chosen to best suit their goals. By combining fitness, nutrition, support, accountability and community, a Challenge Group plays a significant role in helping participants achieve their goals! Each member receives individual attention, coaching, daily encouragement, accountability, a place to communicate struggles and victories, and a sense of community.
Once a month I hold a Challenge Group, or two, that last between 21-60 days. Check-in isn’t required but it’s strongly encouraged and there are even prizes for the most engaged participants!
Why Join a Challenge Group?
Lifestyle changes are hard. It takes 3-4 weeks to establish a routine before we begin developing it as a habit. This is really hard to do on your own!! Most people don’t. In my personal past as a health educator, I have seen how people can drop off of a routine without the proper support! Joining a community of likeminded people is crucial to your success. Knowing you are NOT alone is half the battle!
These groups set YOU up for longterm success is ALL of areas of your life. You will finally feel like you are moving toward who you were MEANT to be. Our fitness struggles aren’t because we don’t know “what” or “how.” We can look up foods, and menus, and attempt to run and do exercises, but the reason we don’t stick with what we start is related to underlying habits that are hard to break. Deeper reasons. These groups help YOU determine what those habits and reasons are and helps you rid yourself of them to thrive.

Note: My coaching and challenges are included in your purchase of the Beachbody Challenge program you choose! You must be willing to introduce Shakeology/Daily Sunshine into your daily diet for the duration of the group and use the nutrition resources/meal plans/menus provided. This is where the results really happen! NUTRITION makes up 70-80% of your results. That’s why there will be a big focus on learning how to eat to FUEL your body during the challenge!
