Egg Whites w Spinach

My go-to breakfast daily. Easy and delish.

  • 1 c spinach
  • 1/2 c egg whites
  • 1 tso butter
  • 1 splash milk
  • dash salt & pepper


  • On medium heat melt butter.
  • Pour egg whites into a bowl, add splash of your milk of choice, and a dash of salt and pepper.
  • Pour eggs into pan, and sprinkle the baby spinach over the eggs. Cook through while scrambling. Serve hot.
